Short time concise Programme: We are excellent with short (4 hours) workshops. PocketSize came about when we realise that training programmes and workshops tend to overload participants with information. We believe all content and skills can be concised.
Outcomes must be Demonstrable & Measurable: Knowledge should be translated into skills, performance, attitude, communication (observable improvements). Therefore, we focus on practical outcomes than on abstract concepts.
Based on People Science and Research: The basis of communication is people interaction and persuasion. Our workshop and consulting services share the deeper understanding of people to people interaction.
